Questions

When is my company tax return due?

For a 30 June year end, by 31 December. Companies with a special tax year file by 30 September after the year end.

What is advance tax?

Quarterly instalments of income tax paid during the year, adjusted against the final liability on the return.

Is tax planning legal?

Yes, when it uses options the law provides. We never recommend schemes that hide income.
